1.   Axis Condos "Advance Interest List", please print and fill out the letter of interest ( found on the buttom of any pages)and fax it to (954) 454-8084 along with a copy of the deposit check to:

2.   Make deposit checks for AXIS on Brickell payable to "The Chicago Title and Insurance Co." (Please do not include the date as it will be placed on the check when the contract is signed.)

One Bedroom deposit $20,000
Two Bedroom deposit $30,000
Three Bedoom deposit $40,000

After contracts are signed you will complete the balance of the 1st 10% deposit.  At ground breaking a 2nd 10% deposit is due with the balance of 80% due at the closing.
