PanTerra Developments
PanTerra Developments brings together two renowned real estate industry leaders, Barry G. Goldlist and Rick Mucenic. Individually, they've developed some of South Florida's most inspired residences, including Mira, Il Villagio, and Solimar, a sleek 220 unit tower across from the Bal Harbor Shops. Now, their expertise is united to create downtown Miami's newest landmark. CITY24

Following the Solimar project, the two developers realized that the Miami Market was primed for a unique urban project and decided to collaborate on CITY24. Their vision was for a dynamic mixed-use building where residents could work and live, and which was just a short walk to great arts and entertainment venues. They recruited award-winning architect Bert Leon of Revuelta Vega Leon, whose inspiration and creativity is displayed in CITY24's 15-story stepped L-shaped tower building.

Goldlist garnered his extensive real estate experience in Canada as a home building and residential and commercial land developer before coming to Florida to work on the upscale Mirage and Solimar projects. Mucenic was the managing director for World Invest and worked on the Il Villagio project, an ultra elegant 130 unit oceanfront building on Miami Beach's legendary Ocean Drive.
Soares da Costa Construction
Soares da Costa Construction Services are the general contractors and construction managers for Miami's unique urban project, CITY4. Soares da Costa Construction Services has garnered international acclaim by consistently providing clients with outstanding and expeditious construction services. Parent company, Soares da Costa Group, was founded in Portugal in 1918, expanded globally in the early 1970, and launched its U.S. operations in 1994.

SDC Construction Services are currently working on local residential condo projects which total about $185 million. These projects include: Blue, a stunning 37-story waterfront condo development that is being build at rate of 1.5 floors per week; MarinaBlue, its sister project which will be a 58 story waterfront condo, and "The Ponce de Leon", a 14-story mixed used condo development in Coral Gables. In the past four years, SDC has also completed a variety of Miami projects, including Home Depot stores and public schools, whcih totaled approximately $178 million.
