The ABSOLUT LOFTS is the new most exciting real estate project under development in South Beach and particularly in South Pointe, the new trendy area of Miami Beach located South of Fifth Street. The ABSOLUT LOFTS have been designed by the renowned award-winning architect Kobi Karp, who with this project has raised the standard of lofts apartments in South Beach to a new unparallel level.

This exclusive five-story building features twenty luxurious loft-type residences each one characterized by an open space area on two different levels, with dramatic 18 feet ceilings and oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. UNIT TYPES

Two types of units will be available: Garden Lofts (on the second and third level) and Penthouse Lofts (on the top two levels).

- Garden Lofts: each residence features its own individual entrance from the street through a private garden, which leads to the first level of the loft. The apartments can also be accessed through the main entrance of the building or from the parking area. The Garden Lofts range in size from 1,150 to 1,450 square feet, plus from 400 to 800 square feet of open spaces (balconies, patios, gardens).

- Penthouse Lofts: located on the third and fourth floor of the building, feature spectacular private roof-terraces on the top floor, in addition to the spacious balconies. The lofts can be accessed from the third level through stairs or elevators, either by the main entrance or the parking area. The Penthouse Lofts range in size from 1,160 to 1,458 square feet, plus form 600 to 1,000 square feet of open spaces (balconies and roof terraces).

RESIDENCES

The ABSOLUT LOFTS are twenty spectacular residences divided in two types of units: ten Garden Lofts (on the second and third level of the building) and ten Penthouse Lofts (on the top two stories). All the ABSOLUT LOFTS are two stories high, and feature spectacular open spaces with dramatic 18 feet ceilings matched by oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. There are three different types of floor plans available: Premium (two bedroom - two bath), Superior (two bedroom - two bath) and Supreme (three bedroom - three bath).

The Premium Model feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the Master Suite and Master Bath at the top level overlooking the Grand Room with its fantastic two-story windows. The Guest Suite and Guest Bath are at the lower level. Some of the Premium Suites are corner residences.

The Superior Model are only corner units. They are larger in size than the Premium Suites and have floor to ceiling windows and views to the North and to the West towards Biscayne Bay.

The Supreme Model are three bedroom and three bath corner units, with the Master and Corner Suites and Master and Corner Baths at the top level and a Guest Suite and Guest Bath at the lower level.

The ABSOLUT LOFTS are located in South Pointe within South Beach. This new trendy area of Miami Beach is located South of Fifth Street. The address of the ABSOLUT LOFTS is at the corner of Michigan Avenue and 3rd Street, one block away from the beautiful Marina on the Intracoastal Way and only few blocks away from the beach and famous restaurants and clubs such as Joe Stone's Crab, Nikki Beach, Penrod's.

It is in this area that the development of a new type of apartment that now is leading the urban transformation of Miami took place: the so-called "loft". Made popular by extensive transformation of industrial units into residential ones in New York, particularly in the Soho and Tribeca areas of Manhattan, the lofts are spectacular units characterized by either a large open space on one floor, or by two-story apartments structured with open spaces between the two floors.
